Nicole Stacey enters her first year as the Head Softball Coach at Lincoln University.

Previously Coach Stacey was the Head Coach at Westminster College in Fulton, MO from 2006 to 2009. She also served as the Sports Information Assistant and taught Physical Education. During her three years there she lead the team to improving their records each season. Their 8-6 conference finish tied the school record for league wins. The team also was able to qualify for the conference tournament in 2009, and Coach Stacey was voted as the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Coach of the Year by her peers.

Before Westminster, Coach Stacey was the Child Care Director at the Jefferson City Area YMCA from 2004-2006. She was also a Program Director for the Boonslick YMCA in Boonville, MO from 2003-2004.

Coach Stacey played softball and volleyball at Central Methodist University, while earning her Bachelor's degree. She graduated in 1999 and went on to serve as a graduate assistant at Central Methodist from 1999-2003. In 2003, Coach Stacey also graduated with her Master of Science in Athletic Administration from the University of Central Missouri.

Nicole currently resides in Jefferson City with her husband Matt, who is the head women's soccer coach and assistant men's soccer coach for Jefferson City High School.

In four years as Head Softball Coach at Rock Bridge High School in Columbia, Missouri, the ninth-largest school in the state of Missouri, Coach Henderson guided the Bruins to a 62-40 record becoming the winningest coach in school history. In 2009, Coach Henderson guided the best finish in the program’s history marking a 22-6 record as well as completing three-straight winning seasons, the only winning seasons in the history of the program.

Prior to becoming the Head Coach at Rock Bridge, Henderson spent seven years as an Assistant Head Coach. His teams also were successful in the classroom, as Henderson’s squad received record marks in the classroom finishing the 2009 campaign with a combined grade-point average of over 3.5. In addition, Coach Henderson spent over 24 years coaching youth baseball and girls softball at every level of play and age.

Coach Henderson spent over 11 years in the U.S. Navy after high school and played on the All-Navy softball team in 1976. In 1979, he played semi-professional baseball as a catcher and received a tryout with the Kansas City Royals.

Henderson graduated from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia with a degree in business. A native of Palm Desert, California and is married to Linda, a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They have four children (two boys, two girls) including a set of identical twins and have six grandchildren.
